Aksel Hårstad

Aksel H. is a graduate of The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University with a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, completed in 2023. Aksel has diverse experience in mechanical design and engineering, with roles at companies such as Axis Communications, BorgWarner, and Saab Kockums AB. Notably, Aksel was involved in a master thesis project focused on mechanical solutions for cooling at Axis Communications and contributed as a Monocoque Designer for Lund Formula Student, where Aksel designed a carbon fiber monocoque for an electric racecar. Additional experience includes positions as a mechanical designer and engineering intern at Saab, as well as a role as an activities leader at Malmö stad. Aksel also enhanced skills in telemarketing as a representative at LOKALTIDNINGEN MEDIACENTER SVERIGE AB. Academic pursuits were supplemented by a study experience at Seoul National University in 2021.
