Francine Reid

Francine Reid has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Francine currently works at Quorum Software as a Senior QA Analyst since July 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of QA Analyst II at the same company from January 2020 to July 2023.

From 2012 to 2019, they worked at Aucerna as a Client Care Expert. Francine provided excellent customer service and support during their tenure with the company.

At Guide Exploration Inc., Francine worked as an Engineering Technologist from July 2011 to July 2012, contributing to the implementation and management of engineering projects.

From 2007 to 2011, they were employed at Encana Corporation. Initially, they served as a Well Asset Technician and later transitioned to the role of Engineering Technologist. Francine played a vital role in ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of engineering assets.

Francine Reid earned a Certificate in IT Fundamentals from the University of Calgary in 2018-2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Database Administration from the University of Calgary in 2014-2015. In 2000-2002, Francine pursued an Exploration Information Technology degree from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). Francine also holds the Microsoft Technology Associate: Database Administration Fundamentals (MTA) certification, which they obtained in August 2019 from Microsoft.
