Paul L. has extensive work experience in the field of Quality Assurance (QA) and Software Quality Assurance (SQA).

Paul'smost recent position was as a Senior QA Analyst at Quorum Software, where they worked from November 2019 to present. Prior to this role, they worked as a QA Analyst II at the same company from July 2023 to November 2019.

Before joining Quorum Software, Paul worked at Cella from 2016 to 2019 as a Quality Control Analyst at Chevron Creative Studio.

From 2001 to 2016, they worked at Sysco in various roles. Paul started as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst and then transitioned to become an Analyst III, Software Quality Assurance. During their time at Sysco, they led distributed teams in performance testing and automation using tools like LoadRunner, Selenium, Jenkins, UFT/QTP, and RFT. Paul also administered ALM/Quality Center and was involved in data conversion and business transformation projects.

Prior to Sysco, Paul worked as a Test Automation Consultant at NorTek Solutions from 1998 to 2001, where they led and trained a team in software quality testing methodology and defined procedures and standards for creating output checks and reporting defects.

Paul'searlier experience includes work as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Dynasty Technologies Inc from 1995 to 1998, a Lab Instructor at Abilene Christian University from 1994 to 1995, and an Administrative Assistant at Merrill Lynch in 1994.

Paul also gained experience as a Project Administrator Intern at Ernst & Young in 1993, a Temporary Administrative Assistant at Kelly Services in 1992, and a Teaching Assistant and Lab Instructor at Abilene Christian University from 1991 to 1992.

Paul L. holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Abilene Christian University. In addition, they have obtained the certification of Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in August 2016, and the CSTE (Certified Software Test Engineer) certification from the QAI Global Institute in January 1998.
