Yen Hsia Chai

Yen Hsia Chai has over 20 years of work experience in various project management and leadership roles. In 1999, they began their career as a Process Consultant at Accenture, where they worked until 2004. Yen Hsia then joined Lafarge Asia as an IS/IT Planning Manager until 2008. From 2009 to 2010, Yen worked at Digi Telecommunications as a Senior in the Program Management Office (PMO) within the Technology Division. Yen Hsia continued their career at Emerson Network Power as the Regional Business Planning Manager within the Marketing Management Office for Asia Pacific from 2010 to 2011. Yen then went on to work at Telenor as a Senior Project Manager in the Group Transformation Division from 2011 to 2014. Following that, they joined DKSH as a Senior Project Manager in Business Process Re-Engineering from 2014 to 2018. Yen then moved to BASF, where they served as the Procure-To-Pay Lead in Regional Finance Projects & Processes from 2018 to 2019. Yen Hsia continued their career at U Mobile in 2019 as a Senior Project Lead in Business Transformation. Prior to their current position, Yen was the Strategic Project Manager at PropertyGuru Group from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Project Manager at Quorum Software, starting in March 2023.

Yen Hsia Chai's education history begins with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Investment & Banking from the Wisconsin School of Business, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. Following this, they pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Strategic Management from the University of Nottingham. This degree was obtained from 2007 to 2009.

Aside from their academic qualifications, Yen Hsia Chai also obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in March 2013.
