Eric Ulbrich

Eric Ulbrich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, renewals negotiation, and digital marketing strategy development. Currently serving as a Renewals Specialist at Quorum since March 2023, Eric focuses on preventing churn and managing contract renewals while ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders. Previously, Eric held various roles at Rock Content, including Solutions Developer and Senior Key Account Manager, where responsibilities encompassed developing marketing strategies for key accounts and managing relationships with pharmaceutical and tech companies. Prior experience includes serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Leader at InEvent, where support was provided to Fortune Global 500 clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Eric has also contributed to the growth of the Customer Success department at Metlycs and worked as a news reporter at Jornal A Tarde. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, alongside recent training in Neurolinguistic Programming.
