Paco Darcey

Paco Darcey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager for Printfection since December 2021, Paco previously worked at Andela as an Account Manager and held multiple roles at Gartner from January 2017 to August 2021, including Capterra Product Catalog Manager and Account Manager. In these roles, Paco managed a significant number of accounts, built client relationships, and provided strategic marketing advice to software companies. Prior experience includes positions at Clutch.co as a Senior Analyst and Business Analyst, and serving as a Tutor Supervisor at the University of Richmond. Paco holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics from the University of Richmond.
