Juan Hernández Ballesteros

Juan Hernández Ballesteros has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Juan began their career at CroatiaPASS as a Web Developer, then moved to Black Swan Hostels as an Activities Coordinator, where they were responsible for B2B Marketing and managerial decisions. In 2017, they joined IBM as a HR Advisor, where they advised stakeholders from Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom and Ireland on diverse HR practises and digital applications. In 2019, they worked as an Operations Associate at Cleanzy, and as an Operations Manager at Taiti, agua y nada más, where they drove product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions, as well as logistics management, project management, and product development. In 2021, they began working at ISDI Accelerator as a Technical Project Manager and Product Owner, managing personnel, suppliers and material resources, and activity and budget follow-up. Currently, they are a Product Manager at Quota Rent, and a Project Manager at Soamee, where they are responsible for managing development teams during all project phases, stakeholder management and communication, and ensuring smooth workflows within the team.

Juan Hernández Ballesteros has a diverse educational background. Juan completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Universidad Pablo de Olavide from 2012 to 2017, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Consumer Behaviour from University of Split from 2016 to 2017. Juan then completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave from 2015 to 2016. Most recently, they completed a UX/UI Design Bootcamp from Ironhack in 2020 and holds certifications in UX/UI Design from Ironhack obtained in 2021 and Disruptive HR in a Cognitive Era from IBM obtained in 2018.
