Sharon Henderson

Sharon Henderson is the CEO and Founder of FEDERATION, a top independent creative agency in New Zealand. Currently serving as an Independent Director at Quotable Value Ltd, Sharon previously held the same role at Consumer NZ from 2022 to 2024. With a rich history in leadership positions, including the first female leader of DDB New Zealand and Group Managing Director at Clemenger Proximity, Sharon champions gender equality and diversity in the industry. Sharon has also contributed to various organizations, including her roles on the board of Variety NZ and as the inaugural Board Chairman of the Marketing Association of New Zealand. Sharon’s educational background includes studies at the University of Cambridge, where they focused on business and sustainability.
