Yujin Jeon has had an extensive career in customer service. In 2012, they began as a Customer Service Manager at SK Energy. Yujin then moved to Kakao Mobility in 2017, where they served as a Customer Service Manager. In 2019, they joined Energizer Holdings as a Customer Service Specialist and \ud2b8\ub79c\uc2a4\ucf54\uc2a4\ubaa8\uc2a4\ucf54\ub9ac\uc544 as a \ubc30\ub2ec\uc758\ubbfc\uc871 \ucf00\uc5b4\uc13c\ud130 \ud300\uc7a5. Most recently, in 2022, they began working at QuotaBook (YC W21) as Manager of Customer Success.

Jinjae Lee has held a number of roles in the design and marketing industries. In 2012, they began as an Account Executive at TBWA\Worldwide. In 2013, they moved to Kia Motors Corporation as a Marketing Intern. In 2014, they were an Account Planner at Cheil Worldwide. In 2015, they were a Digital Strategist/Experience Designer at INNOCEAN Worldwide. In 2018, they were an Interaction Designer at Above.se. In 2019, they were a Product Designer at Hyundai Motor Company. In 2021, they were a Design Chapter Lead and Senior Product Designer at flex, where they led the product design of flex payroll 2.0 and contributed to the flex design system 2.0. Jinjae Lee's education history began in 2004 when they attended Daewon Foreign Language High School, where they studied German Language. From 2008 to 2015, they attended Korea University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Business. In 2017, they attended Hyper Island and received training as an Interactive Art Director and Design Lead. Additionally, they obtained a Marketing Communications certification from the International Advertising Association in 2015 and an Android Basics Nanodegree from Udacity in 2017.

Jacob Kim has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Jacob began their career as a Marketing Intern at Microsoft in 2015. In 2016, they held two roles, as a Corporate Development and Strategy M&A Intern at Marsh & McLennan Companies, and as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Nomura. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as an Analyst at Euclid Transactional. Jacob currently holds the role of Global Onboarding Associate at QuotaBook (YC W21).

Ines On Sim has held various roles in the dance and technology industries. In 2021, they began as the Marketing Communications Manager at QuotaBook (YC W21), where they are responsible for content marketing and public relations. From 2017-2021, they were a Freelance Writer for OPEN GALLERY and a Project Manager for Ahn Aesoon Dance Company, where they were in charge of the World Premier of <Parallel Cross> 2019 at Arko Art Center in Seoul and co-charge of a repeat performance of <HereThere> at Asia Culture Centre in Gwangju. From 2014-2017, they were a Programming and Production Team Intern at the Korea National Contemporary Dance Company, where they assisted in the process of foreign choreographers' local production. From 2013-2017, they were a Contributing Editor for Dance Webzine 'Dance Post. Korea', where they wrote previews of upcoming dance events and articles about historical dance figures.

Ines On Sim has a Bachelor of Arts in German Studies and Aesthetics from Seoul National University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2014. Ines On also has a Master of Arts in Aesthetics from Seoul National University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2021. Seunggon Gon Lee has an extensive work experience, beginning in 2016 with the Republic of Korea Air Force. In this role, Lee served as an Interpreter (Staff Sergeant) for the Korea Aerospace Operations Center, interpreting and translating meetings, phone calls, and documents in a military setting for Korea Air Force Operations Command and the US 7th Air Force. Lee then worked as a Business Development Intern for LINE Plus Corp in 2019, taking charge of local agency operations and cooperating with 20+ content providers in Egypt, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. In 2020, Lee worked as Global CS Manager (Japan) for Mathpresso Inc., working in charge of customer satisfaction of QANDA's Japanese service, planning and managing a number of in-app updates, and organizing weekly operational meetings with Tokyo office. Lee then moved to Sojitz Corporation in 2021 as an Investment and Business Development - Associate, and is currently working as an Account Manager for QuotaBook (YC W21).

In 2019, they joined WEVERSE COMPANY as CX part leader and CXCS, Global E-Commerce.
