Eric Heydenberk

Founder & CTO at QuotaPath

Eric Heydenberk is the Co-Founder and CTO of QuotaPath. Eric was previously a Senior Software Architect at Monetate, Inc., where they led the engineering efforts to build the "Monetate Intelligent Personalization Engine", a machine learning-based overhaul of the platform's key optimization capabilities.

At Monetate, Eric was responsible for delivering multiple products on time and in scope over the course of this multi-year effort. Key deliverables included dynamic campaigns which direct traffic to winning variants in proportion to their relative success, using multi-armed bandit optimization; dynamic campaigns which use customer data to deliver winning variants to the customers who are more likely to convert based upon their attributes, using contextual multi-armed bandit optimization; and machine learning interpretability analytics, making the contextual multi-armed bandit optimization results legible.

By the end of their time on this effort, over half of Monetate's revenue was booked against its new product offering.

Prior to joining Monetate, Eric worked as a developer at the Lehigh Nanotechnology Network from January to July 2009.

Eric Heydenberk received their Bachelor's degree from Lehigh University.

Eric Heydenberk reports to AJ Bruno, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Carrie Fisher - VP of Marketing, Ryan Macia - VP of Finance, and Graham Collins - Chief of Staff.
