John Reale

John (JR) Reale currently serves as Managing Director at Integr8d Capital, focusing on early-stage capital and long-term partnerships since August 2016. In addition, John holds multiple roles at the Texas Medical Center, including Executive in Residence and Venture Partner for the TMC Venture Fund, contributing to healthcare innovation through venture capital. John's involvement with TMC Innovation further emphasizes a commitment to connecting healthcare startups with major health systems. As a lecturer at Rice University and a Senior Fellow at Babson College's Kerry Murphy Healey Center, John bridges medicine and entrepreneurship.
