James Knotts

James Knotts is an experienced Project Manager at Quotient since January 2019, specializing in Business Analysis and Project Management for web/cloud-based applications in both commercial and Department of Defense environments. Prior to Quotient, James served as a Senior Analyst at IndraSoft, Inc., leading SAP PM Functional duties for the United States Army Medical Materiel Agency. Additional experience includes roles at Accenture, where James worked as a Senior Analyst focusing on SAP BI for the Navy NAVSUP program, as well as serving as an SAP ABAP Developer for the United States Department of Agriculture and the Defense Logistics Agency. James holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Analysis from Villanova University, a Master of Science in Space Studies from American Military University, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
