Philippe Roemer

Philippe Roemer is a Web Developer currently working at Quotient since February 2023. Previously, Philippe served as a Web Developer and IT Operations Analyst at Manhattan Strategy Group from June 2015 to February 2023, where responsibilities included leading web development tasks and supporting projects for various Federal Government agencies. Philippe's web development skills encompass HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and WordPress. Prior to that, Philippe worked as an IT Specialist at Daly Computers from 2008 to June 2015, focusing on imaging and configuring computers to customer specifications and performing on-site installations in educational settings. Philippe's early experience includes an internship at Boland in 2007. Philippe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
