Victoria Satchell, PMP, PMI-SP, is an experienced Project Manager currently employed at Quotient since September 2014. Previously, Victoria held various roles, including Supervisory Planner & Scheduler at ECG, Inc. from September 2008 to September 2014, where efficient contract management and the development of an EVM process model were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes working as a Primavera Consultant/Scheduler at SOALogix and as a Project Controls Scheduler/Expedition Coordinator at Parsons Brinckerhoff Inc. Victoria began a career in the firm in 1993, ascending to the role of Sr. Project Office Engineer before transitioning to project controls. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Construction Management from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
