Helen Laird is an experienced professional in the field of assay development and infectious disease diagnostics, currently serving as Department Leader for Infectious Disease Assay Development and also for Systems Integration and Concurrent Engineering at Quotient Limited since October 2019. Prior to this role, Helen held various positions at LumiraDx, including Technical Manager and Lead Assay Development Scientist, from July 2016 to September 2019. Helen's earlier experience includes significant roles at Axis-Shield Diagnostics from September 2007 to July 2016, where duties included R&D Principal Scientist, R&D Senior Scientist, and R&D Scientist. Helen holds a Professional Certificate in Marketing from CIM and an Hons degree in Pharmacology from the University of Dundee.
