Scott Hayton

Scott Hayton is an Operating Principal at Flagship Pioneering, helping to build the next great biotech companies. Scott is also the Acting Chief Operating Officer at Quotient Therapeutics, where Scott leads the overall strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the company. With experience as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, Scott served large and small biopharma companies on various topics within the pharmaceutical value chain. Additionally, Scott has worked with Gates Ventures as a Director of Special Projects and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford University School of Medicine. Scott holds a PhD in Neuroscience from Queen's University, where Scott also worked as an Adjunct Lecturer.
