Erik Petersen is a seasoned Development Engineer with extensive experience in designing and engineering machinery for various industries, particularly the food sector. Currently employed at QUPAQ since September 2015, Erik specializes in creating detailed drawings, calculations, and component selections for high-output machinery, including denesters, portion pack loaders, and various conveyor systems. Prior to this role, Erik operated as a consultant at eripe.dk, served as a Development Engineer at Intech International a/s, and worked freelance on diverse projects. Early career experiences include teaching and service in the Royal Danish Air Force. Erik holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Design Engineering from Aalborg University.
