Michal Kuklis has a long history of software engineering experience. Michal began their career in 2004 as a Software Developer at Grant Systems. In 2006, they were hired as a Web Application Programmer at Cornell University, where they developed and maintained web projects such as NestWatch and Bird Cams. In 2008, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Instinctiv, where they built an RIA version of Additune and a JavaScript client for the same. Later that year, they joined Cornell University again as a Software Engineer, where they worked on upgrading Rice based applications to Rice 1.0. In 2010, they co-founded Incandescent Software, providing consulting and contracting services. In 2017, they returned to Cornell University as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked with an international team of developers contributing to Folio, an open source library platform. Finally, in 2014, Michal founded Ququplay LLC, contracting with companies and startups focusing on custom web and mobile products.

Michal Kuklis received a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Cornell University between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Poznan University of Technology between 2003 and 2004. Michal also attended Szczecin University of Technology from 2000 to 2003, studying Computer Science.
