In 2017, they became the Managing Director of Makers in. In 2018, they joined the Miembro of Unión Argentina de Jóvenes Empresarios - UNAJE. In 2020, they were the Global Product Director of Marketplace & New business for Mercado Libre. In 2022, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of Qurable, the Web 3.0 and Metaverse strategic advisor for Banco Macro, and the Advisory Board Member for BARBUSS.

Fede Garcia attended Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 1981 until 2009. In August 2021, they obtained a certification in Leadership program from Standford Online.
