Fernanda Pérez Marino has held a variety of roles in the marketing and sales fields since 1992. Fernanda began their career at Kellogg Company as Directora de Cuentas for Crew Producciones. In 1996, they moved to Microsoft, where they held the roles of Telesales Manager and Event Manager. From 2000 to 2015, they held four different positions at Microsoft, including Licensing Compliance Director, Marketing Manager, Community Marketing Manager, and Marcom Manager. In 2015, they began their role as MBA Professor at Universidad de Palermo in Buenos Aires, Argentina. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Marketing and Communications Consultant at Makers in. In 2018, they were a Chief Marketing & Com Officer Consultant at Lagash. In 2019, they became Jefe de Gabinete at the Buenos Aires City Government. In 2021, they became a Marketing Strategic Advisor and Chief Marketing Officer at Qurable.

Fernanda Pérez Marino obtained their Licenciada en Relaciones Publicas from UADE between 1988 and 1991 in the field of Public Relations/Image Management. Fernanda also attended IAE Business School and obtained a Programa de Formación ejecutiva. Additionally, they received a Consultor + B : Programa de desarrollo de habilidades para la transición a las empresas de triple impacto from Sistema B in July 2019, and a Ceremonial y Protocolo certification in December 1990.
