Rémi Roy has been working in the software engineering field since 2002. Rémi began their career at PI-Digital as a Java/PHP Developer. In 2004, they joined TD as a Scrum Master - Direct Channel Technology Solution - Online Channel, Java Software Engineer, Software Tool Manager, and Scrum Master. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Senior Software Engineer at iSirona: A NantHealth Company, and then a Team Lead / Principal Software Engineer - DCX and VCX at NantHealth from 2014 to 2020. In 2021, they joined Terminus as a Senior Software Engineer and Qure4u as a Software Architect. In their roles, they have participated in architecture conversations, created architecture diagrams, added integrations, implemented usage of mindmaps, designed cloud applications, managed agile processes, and created user stories. Rémi has also mentored newer developers, trained people on unit testing and code design, and researched ways to increase team productivity.

Rémi Roy obtained a DEC from CEGEP - Lionel Groulx in 2002 after studying Industrial Computer from 1998 to 2002. Rémi then went on to earn a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Software Engineering from École de technologie supérieure from 2002 to 2006. In 2011, they were certified as a Scrum Master by the Scrum Alliance.
