Sanghee Yoo has a wealth of experience in the field of biology. Sanghee began their career in 1998 as a Research Scientist at Arcaris, Inc. In 2001, they joined Vertex Pharmaceuticals as a Research Scientist-Sr Research Scientist. In 2013, they became a Director at HanAll Biopharma and a Senior Onderzoeker at ProQR Therapeutics BV. From 2015 to 2020, they held the role of VP Head of Biology at ImmunoMet Therapeutics, Inc., where they initiated and managed an oncology Phase 1 trial for IM156 and spearheaded the preclinical development of IM188. In 2021, they became the SVP Head of Biology at Qureator.
Sanghee Yoo received a Master of Science degree in Molecular Biology from Seoul National University between 1983 and 1987. Sanghee then went on to obtain a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Utah between 1992 and 1998. Sanghee also completed a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Protein Biochemistry from the University of Utah.
