Diego Cadavid

Diego Cadavid has over 15 years of experience in project management and consulting. Diego began their career in 2005 as a Project Engineer at G4S - EBC Ingeniería SA. Diego then moved to Motorola Solutions in 2007, where they worked as a Project Manager for Government and Public Safety key accounts in the North of Latin America region. In 2014, they joined Comunicación Objetiva, S.L. as a Coaching Operativo Division Associate. After that, they worked as an Executive Coach at SER - Coaching and Consulting from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they were an Advisor to the Corporate Vice-Director at Instituto de Desarrollo Urbano. During this time, they also worked as a Consultancy Project Manager at PMO Solycom SAS and as a Project Manager, PMP certified, with extensive experience in technology, consultancy and human capital development at Diego Cadavid - PMP. Currently, they are a Technical Project Manager at Quside.

Diego Cadavid has an extensive educational background. Diego obtained a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University in 2007-2008 and a Diplomado en Negociación Profesional from CESA in 2008. From 2011-2013, they attended EUDE Business School and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General. Diego also obtained a Máster en Coaching Ejecutivo y Personal from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2013-2014 and a NLP Practitioner from PNL Barcelona in 2013-2014. Diego obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in 2001-2006. Additionally, they hold certifications from PEOPLECERT (ITIL V3 Foundation, obtained in 2012) and the Project Management Institute (PMP - Project Management Professional, obtained in 2010) as well as the International Coach Federation (ACC - Associate Certified Coach, obtained in 2015).
