People Manager at Qustodio

Marta Pujol has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Training. Marta began their career in 2000 as a Trainer at Epise. In this role, they taught people of different organizations in soft skills and trained trainers in specific skills about training. In 2014, they joined Desigual as Corporate Talent Management, where they designed and delivered training programs for teams based in the headquarters. In 2016, they became the Training and Development Manager at Quadpack, where they created training policies and procedures, and led the training needs analysis. In 2018, they joined Qustodio as People Manager and HR Business Partner. In this role, they developed and implemented the HR Strategy to support the company business plans and structure, partnered with the Leadership team to advice and support on team management aspects, formed strong relationships to monitor employee engagement, and ensured satisfaction and drove continuous improvement.

Marta Pujol has completed a Postgrado en Innovación de los Recursos Humanos y las Relaciones Laborales from IEBS, with a focus on Desarrollo de recursos humanos. Marta also holds a degree in Psicología from UOC.
