Timothy Morris

Timothy Morris is a Senior Research Engineer at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) since May 2023. Previously, Timothy held the positions of Head of Software Engineering at LYRO Robotics, Founder & Owner of Micro Coffee Tech, and Teacher at Shekou International School, where curriculum development in Design - Robotics was a focus. Additional experience includes roles as a Robotics Engineer at Dorabot, Principal Software Engineer at Legal Aid Queensland, and Technical Sales Engineer at Wolff Coffee Roasters. Timothy's educational background comprises bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Information Technology, along with an Honours degree in Information Technology, all obtained from QUT. Research during a PhD candidacy at QUT centered on mobile robot navigation through dynamic environments.
