Biomedical Engineer at QV Bioelectronics

Kashmeera is a Bioengineer with experience in neuroscience, biomaterials, and biological modelling. She has recently completed her MEng in Molecular Bioengineering at Imperial College London. Her work focused on designing and characterising a tissue-engineered implantable neural electrode along with developing an in-vitro neural model. She undertook a research placement in computational neuroscience for neuro-prosthetics as well as previous projects in design and simulations of a low mechanical trauma cell injector and a neuro-histamine microsensor. She was also a Bioengineering Outreach Ambassador during her studies. As QV’s Biomedical Engineer she will be working on various projects which will help in the development of QV's technology.
