Thomas Jones

Thomas Jones CISM has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Thomas is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at QV Systems since January 2024. Prior to this role, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at QV Systems from July 2020 to January 2024.

In 2020, Thomas was a self-employed Asset Finance Technology Consultant for a brief period from March to June. Thomas also served as the Business Unit CTO at Sopra Banking Software from July 2017 to February 2020.

Before that, Thomas held the position of COO and CTO (SPRINT BU) at Apak Group Limited from April 2014 to June 2017. Thomas was the COO and Company Director at Mobile Productivity Ltd for a significant period from June 2000 to April 2014.

Thomas Jones CISM attended Swansea University from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a 2.1 B. Eng. (Honours) degree in Engineering. In 1989, they participated in the Erasmus programme at KU Leuven, focusing on Amorphous silicon films. Thomas also attended Bexhill High from 1980 to 1985. Thomas has obtained the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification from ISACA in March 2023.
