Annika Thuresson has over 17 years of professional experience in the fields of management consulting, sales, and business analysis.

In 2001, they began their career as a Business Analyst at Ericsson, where they conducted a master thesis on market segmentation, pricing and business models for mobile applications in Moscow.

In 2002, they moved to Amdent AB as a Sales Representative.

In 2003, they joined Bosch as a Project Manager and Management Trainee. As Project Manager, they were responsible for a budget of around 3MEUR per project and successfully led the acquisition of five large projects with emerging market automotive OEM customers in Russia and China. As Management Trainee, they held positions covering different aspects of technical sales, product development, acquisition, key account management, event marketing, and sales controlling in Germany, China, USA, and Sweden.

In 2008, they joined Connecta AB as a Management Consultant and Team Leader. Annika was later promoted to Senior Manager and Deputy Head of the Operational Excellence practice.

In 2014, they moved to Acando as Vice President & Head of Business Area Operational Excellence and Senior Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the business development of market offerings Transformation, Operational Excellence & Customer Centricity, as well as staff responsibility.

In 2018, they joined Qvalia as Chief Operating Officer. Qvalia enables businesses to transform and automate sales and purchase transactions. Annika's role is to increase customers' productivity, reduce cost and risk, and recover lost capital.

Annika Thuresson studied Industrial Engineering and Management / Industriell Ekonomi at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2002, and also studied Russian, German, Law, Speech and Argumentation at Stockholm University from 1996 to 2002. In 1999 and 2000, they studied Mechanical Engineering and Management at the Technical University of Munich and obtained an M.Sc. (Civ.ing). In September 2019, they obtained the 2019 SAI International Finalist: 8th Place and Harmony Achievement Award from Sweet Adelines International. Additionally, they are Ackrediterad Belbin TeamSkills certified from Belbin Team Roles (UK - Head Office).
