Gonzalo Moreno Pereira

Gonzalo Moreno Pereira started their work experience in 2006 as an intern at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Gonzalo then joined Accenture in the same year as an Analyst, working on projects such as GALA and SIRO for Telefonica. In 2010, they became a Consultant at Accenture, continuing to work on the GALA project. In 2013, Gonzalo joined Qvantel as a Solution Manager and later became a Liaison Officer. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Lead Project Manager, overseeing a group of project managers and acting as the key contact with customers. Gonzalo then transitioned to become a Program Management Officer at Qvantel, where they led a digital transformation project and developed new tools for customers. Gonzalo'smost recent role at Qvantel is Operations Manager, responsible for managing the operations and delivery practices of the system in production and lower environments.

Gonzalo Moreno Pereira pursued their education at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Informática as an Ingeniero Superior Informático. In addition to their formal education, Gonzalo has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they acquired the ITIL® Foundations Ed 2011 certification from APMG-International. In 2011, they achieved the Communications Industry Generalist certification from Accenture. In 2016, Gonzalo obtained the Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in July 2022, they received the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert.
