Sami Karttunen

Sami Karttunen has extensive work experience in the field of infrastructure and cloud services. Sami currently holds the position of Director, Infrastructure and Cloud Services at Qvantel since September 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Infrastructure Architect at Qvantel from October 2019 to September 2021, where they were responsible for virtualized, hybrid, and public cloud datacenters as well as BSS platform architecture. Sami also served as a Project Manager for BSS infra deliveries. Prior to that, Sami held the role of Infrastructure Architect at Qvantel from May 2017 to September 2019, where they contributed to the company's infrastructure development.

Sami started their career at Nokia Networks in August 2004, where they held various roles.
