Srikanth Minnam has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Srikanth started their career in 1993 as an Assistant Engineer Technical at APSEB, where they worked until 1996. Following that, they joined Nokia as a System Engineer, specializing in SSL authentication for mobile payments. Srikanth then moved on to Nokia Siemens Networks, where they held various roles including Senior Software Engineer, SW Architect, Specialist, and Senior Consultant.

In 2006, Srikanth joined Qvantel and took on multiple roles, including Head Solutions Architect, Co-Founder, Member of the Board of Directors, CTO, Vice President of Engineering, Vice President, and Senior Architect. In these positions, they were involved in strategic decision-making, integration of R&D strategy with corporate strategy, evaluation of advanced technologies, defining architecture standards, and planning strategic partnerships.

In 2011, Srikanth co-founded PLR Power, where they served as a Director. Srikanth also founded and served as CEO of Nimbu Systems from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they worked as an Advisor at Hakema from 2013 to 2014 and as a Member of the Board at TechnoLabs Software Services Pvt Ltd in 2013.
