Vitali Karpovich

Vitali Karpovich has a strong background in the telecommunications industry. Vitali started their career in 2007 as a Leading Billing Engineer at LLC "LifeTech", a Turkcell subsidiary, where they played a key role in launching a BSS project for a new GSM operator in Belarus. Vitali maintained, configured, and optimized the prepaid and postpaid BSS solution and also trained newcomers. In 2011, they were promoted to Billing & Applications Unit Manager, where they managed the billing operations and applications. In 2015, they were further promoted to Deputy Director, IT Operations & Products Development, where they were responsible for daily operations management, program and project management, research and development of telco products, and strategic and tactical planning. In 2017, they founded their own company, Biclast Solutions. Later that year, they joined Qvantel as a Delivery Manager/Program Director, where they currently oversee the delivery of projects.

Vitali Karpovich attended the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from 2002 to 2007. During their time there, they studied programming and economics. In addition to their degree-related studies, Vitali also pursued abstracting and translation courses from 2004 to 2006 at the same university. Vitali further acquired certifications such as the Prince2 Foundation Certificate in Project Management from PEOPLECERT in May 2017 and the ITIL Expert Certificate in IT Service Management from the same institution in November 2015.
