Yasuhito Nito has a diverse work experience in the broadcast engineering field. Yasuhito started their career as an IT System Engineer at NSD in 1997. In 2002, they joined QVC Japan as a Broadcast Application Engineer, where they contributed to the launch of a new HD system and was responsible for system design and support. Yasuhito progressed to Senior Broadcast Application Engineer and then became a Manager of Broadcast Engineering in 2012. In this role, they led the NHQ launch project and designed media asset management and archive systems. Yasuhito also collaborated with business team leaders to develop new workflows. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Senior Manager of IT Commerce Platforms, where they led a commerce platform team while maintaining responsibilities in the broadcast area. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Senior Manager of Broadcast Engineering, leading the entire team and overseeing the launch of a 4K broadcast system. Yasuhito has most recently held the positions of Director of Broadcast Engineering Japan and Director of Broadcast Engineering Qi.
From 1993 to 1997, Yasuhito Nito attended Seijo University.
