David Atashroo

Chief Medical Officer at Qventus

David Atashroo has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 with their role as Founder at MedZou. David went on to become a Resident Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at the University of Kentucky from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford University's Hagey Laboratory for Regenerative Medicine. In 2014, David founded Copilots In Care and served as the CEO until 2016. David then worked as a Staff Physician at Beacon Urgent Care from 2016 to 2018. In 2017, David began their tenure at UCSF Medical Center as a Surgery Housestaff. At the same time, they joined Qventus, Inc where they held various roles including Chief of Staff, Product Manager, Managing Director of Surgery, and currently serves as their Chief Medical Officer. Additionally, David briefly worked at Vail Resorts in 2008.

David Atashroo completed their education in a chronological order. David obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006. In the same year, they briefly attended the University of Otago. From 2006 to 2010, they pursued their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Following that, they participated in the Plastic Surgery Residency Program at the University of Kentucky from 2010 to 2013. Lastly, they undertook a Postdoctoral Fellowship in the field of Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine from 2013 to 2015.
