Patrick Staves

Patrick Staves began their career in 1998 as the Vice President, General Manager & MPF at Bumble Bee Foods. In 2011, they moved to Laitram as Operations Manager. In 2013, they joined AFT Holdings Inc. as Executive Vice President. Since 2015, they have been the COO/CFO of Qvinci Software, LLC, a global leader in financial reporting technology.

Patrick Staves holds a B.S. in Management from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business, with a focus in Finance. Patrick also holds an Executive Scholar Certificate of Professional Achievement in Supply Chain Management, Pricing Strategies & Tactics, and Science of Lean Six Sigma Operations from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. In addition, they have obtained certifications from the Plan Sponsor Council of America, LinkedIn, and OSHA-Safety, including Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP), Creativity Bootcamp, Strategic Agility, and HACCP.
