Rob Dean has a wealth of experience in customer success, service management, project management, teaching, and account management. Rob began their career as a Site Facilitator and E.L.D. Teacher at Golden Gate Elementary School in 1996. Rob then moved to North Star Academy Gate School in 1997, where they served as a G.A.T.E. Teacher for 4th, 5th, and 6th grade. In 1999, they took a position as a Technology Representative and E.L.D. Teacher at Eden Gardens Elementary School. In 2001, they began working at Mendenhall Middle School as G.A.T.E. Curriculum Coordinator and Teacher. In 2004, they joined Unisys as a SaaS B2B Global Customer Success Account Manager and Technical Writer. In 2008, they began working at Activant Solutions, Inc. as an Account Manager and Inside Sales (SaaS & B2B). Rob also started their own eCommerce business with eBay, where they were a Top Rated PowerSeller eBay Store Owner. In 2013, they worked at INDUS Corporation as a Director of Customer Success & IT Service Desk Consultant (Top Secret Clearance). Rob then joined Austin Independent School District in 2014 as an Educational Administrator, Department Chair, Team Lead, Coach, STEM and Humanities Instructor. Most recently, in 2019, they began working at Qvinci Software as Director of Customer Success (SaaS & B2B).

Rob Dean's education history includes completing a BA in Theirtory & Communication from Virginia Tech in 1986, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from San Francisco State University in 1996, Education from Santa Fe University of Art and Design in 1991, and Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Kentucky in 1982. Rob also has certifications in IT- Service Management Foundations Certification from ITIL & ITSM Certification and Training in 2006, 140 Hours of Project Management Course from PMI PMP Management Training @ Consulting Solutions.net in 2010, and Six Sigma Lean White, Yellow and Green Belt from Skillsoft in 2006. Additionally, they have three Texas Teaching Credentials from the State of Texas obtained in 2014 and an ITIL & ITSM certification from Skillsoft obtained in 2006.
