Rene Lima is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and innovation management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at New Work SE since September 2022, Rene previously held roles such as International Partner for Technology at the World Business Angels Investment Forum, Chief of Innovation Officer at AL4MO, and Chief Information Officer at FNDE, where critical operational solutions were developed for a billion-dollar fund. With a strong background in high-end solution development and technology governance, Rene has also contributed to organizations like the Ministério da Educação and the Organización de Estados Iberoamericanos as a consultant and board member. Rene holds a Licentiate in Computer Science from Universidade de Brasília and executive degrees in Branding & Brand Culture and Open Innovation from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
