Theresa Pettingill is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design across various industries, particularly in hospitality and technology. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Qwick since June 2025, Theresa previously held the same title at Gigpro, where leadership in design emphasized multiple customer touch points. Prior roles include Senior Product Designer at mmhmm, Attentive, and FullStory, where impactful contributions to product experiences and features were made. Theresa began the career as a UX Designer with various firms including Digital Scientists, The Weather Company, and Buck, focusing on high-profile clients and innovative design solutions. Academically, Theresa holds a Master of Arts in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Binghamton University, complemented by an AI Product Management Certification from Product Faculty.
