Sonalishaa has a diverse professional background in human resources and psychology, currently serving as HR Manager at QwikSkills from January 2023 to February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Transformation Coach & Psychologist at MiTran Global and intern positions across various organizations, including Reawakening Wellness Foundation and multiple human resources internships at QwikSkills and Hack2skill. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from Maharshi Dayanand University and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Amity University, complemented by earlier internship experience at mental health foundations and learning institutions.
