Priya Darisini S. is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management. As the Founder of Priya Darisini & Co since January 2017, Priya specializes in providing Virtual CFO services. Prior to this, from May 2010 to December 2016, Priya served as Assistant Finance Manager at ITC Limited, where responsibilities included internal audits, financial accounting, and credit management. Early career experience includes a role as a Consultant in Direct Taxes at Ernst & Young from August 2009 to April 2010, focusing on International Taxation. Priya holds a Chartered Accountant degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA.
