Tamir Blander is the Co-Founder and CEO of QWiser, an edtech startup focused on AI-powered personalized learning and adaptive educational experiences. They previously served as a Product Manager at Horizen Labs (2022–2023) and as a Business Development Manager at MHfintechs (2021–2022). They also worked as a Teaching Assistant at The College of Management Academic Studies (2021–2022) and served as a Combat Officer in the Israel Defense Forces (2016–2020). They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Data Analysis from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya, 2020–2023) and a BA in Economics from Università Bocconi (2022–2023).
