Felix Kubicek-Unger

Felix Kubicek-Unger has extensive work experience in various leadership and operational roles. Felix currently serves as the VP of Product & Operations at Qwist since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Operations at OptioPay Group from 2021 to 2023. From 2019 to 2021, they held the position of VP Operations at eKomi - The Feedback Company. Before that, they acted as the Director of Global Operations at audibene GmbH from 2018 to 2019, where they were responsible for optimizing processes and serving as an interface between tech and non-tech teams. Earlier in their career, they held leadership roles at Wonderize GmbH, atum Laser GmbH, imedo GmbH, and PROMOS consult Projektmanagement, Organisation und Service GmbH. Throughout their career, Felix has demonstrated success in driving efficiency, expanding into new markets, leading teams, and developing business strategies.

Felix Kubicek-Unger obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration from The Berlin School of Economics and Law in 2010. In 2016-2017, they completed a Certified Leadership Training at i-potenitials GmbH. In 2017-2018, Felix pursued Business-Coaching at Bridgehouse GmbH Berlin. Felix also holds certifications such as Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org, achieved in 2021.
