Kevin Trowbridge

Kevin Trowbridge has over 18 years of professional work experience. From 2002-2005, they worked as an Intern Technical Writer for IBM. From 2005-2007, they were a Technical Writer for Ariba, where they were the technical lead for the transition from PDF/print documentation to online documentation website, trained 10 writers on HTML/CSS, and wrote a 40-page technical guide. From 2007-2008, they worked as a Project Manager and Quality Assurance Engineer for Spongecell, LLC. During this time, they prioritized incoming feature requests, wrote detailed specifications for feature implementations, found usability testers, and created automated tests. From 2008-2010, they worked as an Independent Software Consultant, seeking out small but difficult and meaningful technology projects. From 2010-2018, they were a Senior Software Developer for Concrete Interactive, where they built a live video player for a leading adult entertainment website and enhanced an advertising creation tool. Since 2018, they have been the CTO for Vested - Communications Agency and Qwoted.

Kevin Trowbridge attended North Central Michigan University from 1997 to 1998, where they completed advanced placement during High School. Kevin then attended Michigan Technological University from 1998 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. During 2000 and 2001, they attended the University of Lausanne - UNIL to study French.
