Frank Robinson started their career as a National Account Executive at Kraft Foods in 1988. Frank then worked as a National Account Manager at Geest and later as a Senior National Account Manager at Malton Bacon Factory. In 2000, they became the Business Unit Director for Tesco at Arla Foods. Frank joined Tulip Ltd in 2006 as a Commercial Director, responsible for the turnaround of the company's relationship with Marks & Spencer. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Produce World Group, first as the New Business Director and then as the Group Sales & Marketing Director. In 2016, they served as the interim Sales Director at Walkers Sausage Co [Samworth Brothers]. Frank became the Divisional Commercial Director at 2 Sisters Food Group in 2017. Since 2019, Frank has been the Group CEO and Group Commercial Director at QX Global Group.

Frank Robinson's education history includes attending Sheffield Hallam University from 1983 to 1985, where they studied business studies. In 2005, they also completed the Executive MBA program at several institutions including INSEAD, The Wharton School, University of St.Gallen, and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management as part of the ECR Europe Progressive Management Programme.
