Gaurav Sharma

Gaurav Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Gaurav currently holds the position of Vice President - Digital Finance Transformation at QX Global Group since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Accenture as a General Manager - F&A Sales and Practice from 2020 to 2021. Gaurav also served as an Asst. General Manager - F&A Transformation at Tata Consultancy Services from 2019 to 2020.

Before joining Tata Consultancy Services, Gaurav worked at IBM as a Senior Manager - Transformation & Automation from 2016 to 2018. Gaurav also gained experience at WNS Global Services, where they held the position of Group Manager/ Consultant - Quality (Finance & Accounting) from 2014 to 2016. At WNS, they successfully led and managed R2R Transformation Projects for various clients and demonstrated strong subject matter expertise in Record to Report.

Gaurav's work experience also includes roles at Capgemini as a Manager- Process Excellence (F&A) from 2013 to 2014, where they identified process improvement opportunities and led Six Sigma projects. Gaurav worked at FirstServ Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as an Asst Manager- Finance & Accounting in 2013, responsible for maintaining balance sheet schedules and posting monthly Journal entries. Before that, they were a Team Lead at Barclays from 2010 to 2013, providing financial reporting services and acting as a process reviewer.

Gaurav's earlier experience includes roles at GENPACT as a Process Developer from 2006 to 2010, and at Pentair as an Account Executive from 2005 to 2006.

Gaurav Sharma completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Delhi University. Gaurav then pursued a diploma in Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Gaurav furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Financial Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt from the International Quality Federation - IQF USA in June 2015 and in Prince 2 Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2017.
