Alexandr Dubovikov

Alexandr Dubovikov has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Alexandr has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in voice technology, network engineering, and system administration. Starting from 1994 at TeNeT, they worked as a Developer, Network Engineer, and System Administrator until 1999. From 2000 to 2001, they served as the CTO at UIC Ltd. Between 2001 and 2003, they worked as a VoIP Developer, Voice, and Network Engineer at Ventelo GmbH. From 2003 to 2019, they held the position of Senior Expert in the Voice Department at QSC AG, focusing on ESP Teligent, IVR, Voice routing, SIP, routing, application, Media Services, and Huawei NGN. Alexandr then joined Plusnet GmbH as a Senior Voip Expert from 2019 to 2022. Since 2022, they have held the roles of Chief Executive Officer at HEP Labs GmbH and CTO at QXIP B.V.

Alexandr Dubovikov completed their education at Odessa I.I.Mechnikov National University from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Physics. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1993, they attended Lyceum 6 in Balti, Moldova, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period. Additionally, Alexandr has obtained several certifications, including Acme Packet Certified Professional-Network Engineer from Acme Packet in 2010, NGN System Engineer from Huawei in 2005, Master Linux Administrator (General) from BrainBench in 2003, Perl Programmer from BrainBench in 2000, Unix Administrator from Tekmetrics in 1999, and another Perl Programmer certification from Tekmetrics in 1999.
