Javara Perrilliat

Javara Perrilliat currently serves as the West Division President at QXO, the largest publicly traded distributor of roofing and building products in North America, since September 2025. Prior to this role, Javara held significant positions at Republic Services, including Area President and Senior Vice President of Operations Support, and at Owens & Minor as Senior Vice President of Strategic Supply Management, where responsibilities included leading a complex supply chain and overseeing multiple strategic functions. Additionally, Javara was associated with The Executives' Club of Chicago as Director of the New Leaders Board and worked as a Principal at Kearney. Early career experience includes a position as a Solutions Engineer at Siemens. Javara holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
