Luke Scott serves as the EVP of Sales and Operations Enablement at QXO since July 2024, where responsibilities include driving revenue growth for a major distributor of roofing and building products in the United States. Prior to this role, Luke held the position of Vice President of Merchandise Strategy and Support at 7-Eleven from July 2021 to June 2024, overseeing merchandise strategy and transformation initiatives following the Speedway acquisition. Luke has extensive experience from a tenure at The Boston Consulting Group as a Partner, specializing in large-scale transformations in the consumer and retail sectors from August 2012 to July 2021. Earlier in career, Luke managed teams at C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc., first as Manager of the DFW Temp-Controlled Consolidation Group and then as National Account Manager. Luke holds a BA in American Studies from Cornell University and an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
