Barb Baker

Barb Baker has a long history of work experience at R.A Jones & Co. and its affiliated companies. Barb began their career in 1979 as a Planning Clerk at R.A Jones & Co. (KartridgPak), where they were responsible for preparing shop order packets and delivering them to manufacturing departments. Barb was later promoted to Parts Coordinator, where they entered orders for spare parts, prepared international shipping documents, and honed their customer service skills.

In 1996, Barb became an Inside Sales Administrator at R.A Jones & Co., where they issued quotations, coordinated projects, liaised with customers and internal departments, attended meetings, prepared international shipping documentation, and implemented SAP as a "Local Driver" for the Sales Department. Barb held this position until 2016.

Starting in 2016, Barb transitioned to R.A Jones as a Senior Sales Operations Specialist. In this role, they were promoted to a supervisory position within the Sales Operations department. Barb supervised two Sales Operations Specialists and worked closely with senior management at the out-of-state headquarters.

In 2017, Barb became a Project Manager at R.A Jones, where they managed projects for the company. Most recently, they have held the position of Field Service Supervisor, overseeing field service operations.
