Randy Molen

Randy Molen has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Randy currently holds the position of Operations Manager at Storopack since September 2017. Prior to this, they held various roles at R.A Jones, including Aftermarket Operations Manager, Aftermarket Manager of Accounts, Technical Sales Manager, National Account Manager, Parts Services Manager, Senior Buyer, Electrical Engineer, and Electrical Field Service Engineer. Throughout their career, Randy has demonstrated expertise in operations management, technical sales, account management, and engineering. Randy has been responsible for leading a team, overseeing sales operations, providing technical expertise, coordinating efforts between internal groups, and maintaining customer satisfaction while maximizing profitability.

Randy Molen attended Northern Kentucky University from 1986 to 1990, where they completed an Associates degree in Electronics. Subsequently, from 1999 to 2002, Randy pursued higher education at Thomas More University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Business.
